Socio-Economic Development (SED Code 700)

The evaluation of organisations according to the BBBEE criteria for Socio-Economic Development; feasibility and sustainability of organisations; quality assurance and monitoring of organisations; and regular feedback to your company.

Enterprise Development (ED Code 600)

We assessed and evaluated the beneficiary enterprises we support, against a set of stringent criteria, including the criteria as specified by the BBBEE Codes of Good Practice (Government Gazette, 9 February 2007).

Procedure

Your company deposits the funds into the bank account of the enterprise we selected;
Provides us with proof of payment upon which we will issue the relevant documentation (company registration documents, proof of payment, etc.) as required by accredited BBBEE verifiers; and
We will then give feedback to your company indicating how the funds were utilized and what impact your contribution had on the development of the enterprise.

Important

The funds must be deposited directly into the enterprise’s bank account because a third party is not allowed to channel funding from companies to enterprises. We provide consultation services to the enterprises regarding planning, evaluation and monitoring of the utilization of the funds to minimize the risk for your company.

Strategic planning and assistance with the writing of a strategic plans and funding proposals; consultation regarding the packaging of the organisation for funding purposes

Assistance through consultation and training to establish and manage Child and Youth Care Centres for OVCs in communities.

This includes:

Assistance with the registration of a legal entity e.g. NPC; and
Assistance with the registration of Section 18A, PBO, NPO.
Evaluation of the effects (impact) of the organisation; and
Capacity building of the organisation's team through the presentation of customised workshops, e.g.: strategic planning and management; monitoring and evaluation of the effects (impact) and sustainability.

Governance for vs management organisation Boards
New one-day workshop: Take Care of the Little Ones (a Biblical perspective on children, their rights and responsibilities, abuse, neglect and exploitation according to the Children's Act)
