
Our portfolio consists of approved organisations focusing on Orphaned and Vulnerable Children (OVCs) addressing the following needs
of Orphaned and Vulnerable Children and their care-givers:

Education
Early childhood development, homework support programmes for primary and secondary school learners, career guidance and assistance with application for tertiary education, lifeskills training and peer education

Food gardens
Provision of nutritious meals at the centre, establishment of food gardens in the community; provision of food to care-givers

Health
Health education, referrals to health care services, home-based care by care-givers

Psychosocial support
Trauma counselling, emotional support, support groups, assistance with grant applications, IDs and birth certificates (social security), and socializing

Spiritual needs and support
Bible classes, talks, attending church
These organizations (our beneficiaries) were assessed and evaluated by us against a set of stringent criteria including the criteria as specified by the BBBEE Codes of Good Practice (Government Gazette, 9 February 2007); criteria for Section 18A certificate and Public Benefit Activities.
